Valid Passport for 180 days from date of exit
Two clear pages in passport and photocopy of information page in passport
Two recent passport photographs
One signed and completed application form
Copy of invitation letter from inviting company containing passport details and purpose of trip
Original UK company letter containing passport details and purpose of trip
Bank statements - Original bank statements from the past 3 months showing proof of sufficient funds for travel
