Business Requirements​

Valid Passport for 180 days from date of exit

Two clear pages in passport and photocopy of information page in passport
​
One recent passport photograph
​
One signed and completed application form Must be completed online prior to appointment at the visa centre.

Copy of invitation letter from inviting company containing passport details and purpose of trip
​
Signed declaration form
Tourist Requirements​
