The Majority of Schengen countries want to see the applicant we will compile and vet your application before submission - The interview desk is not the place to find you are missing something. These applications are complex and extensive. 

 

If it is your intention to travel extensively across Europe you need to apply for your Schengen visa at the embassy where most of your stay will occur. 

If it is a business or a work application the country where specific business or work is being predominantly conducted in the country of application. Once granted you have free movement between all the countries signed to the Schengen agreement.
