Please Note: all applicants must attend the Nigerian Visa Centre, in order to have their biometric data taken
Valid Passport for 180 days from date of exit

Two clear pages in passport and photocopy of information page in passport

Two recent passport photographs
​
One signed and completed application form
​
Copy of invitation letter from inviting company containing passport details and purpose of trip
​
Original UK company letter containing passport details and purpose of trip
​
Visa Acknowledgment Slip

Visa Payment Slip
