Myanmar tourist e-visa application form
Scanned copy of United Kingdom passport. A clear scan of the information pages of valid, signed passport. Passport must have at least 6 months remaining validity on the date of travel and have at least 1 visa page clear of any markings
Passport Photo: Include a copy of passport style photo, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months.
 
Travellers must enter Myanmar at Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw or Mandalay International Airport to be eligible for e-visas. Otherwise, please use Tourist Visa
 
Validity of visa: 3 months with maximum stay in Myanmar of 28 days.
