Passport, valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry and with 3 blank pages.
One application form. 
Two passport size photos taken against a white background.
 
Double Entry option is available exclusively for those travellers who enter Tanzania for the second time from Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda or Burundi only during the validity of the visa.
 
Validity of visa: 3 months single entry with maximum stay in Tanzania up to 90 days.
