Itinerary - copy of round ticks or confirmed itinerary

One signed and completed application form

Hotel reservation confirmation

Copy of UK company letter containing passport details and purpose of trip

Proof of approval - This must be provided by the sponsor as a copy of approval from the Immigration Authority in Vietnam
